Coming soon to Surfside / Bal Harbour area is the new FENDI Chateau Residences condominium. An Argentinian luxury developer Château Group and FENDI, the Italian luxury house, have linked a partnership to develop FENDI Chateau Residences, a new and exclusive 12-story waterfront condominium building located in Surfside, Florida just two blocks south of The Bal Harbour Shops.
